Refund & Cancellation Policy

A refund of 60%, excluding GST, will be given if the return is made within 5 days of purchase. The 40% of the amount will be retained back for other expenses done by the organisation for the event. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange if the cancellation is done after 5 days of your purchase.

In case the event gets postponed upon the occurrence of any circumstances, such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, civil disorder, strikes, Topleague Training and Business Consulting P Ltd will hold the decision to postpone the event for any other reasons. The entry will be given to the postponed date of the similar program.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
