I am a Yoga instructor for the last 15+ years. My journey with yoga started when I was suffering with acute spondylitis pain about 17 years back. After trying various medical advices, I was then introduced to yoga. Subsequently, I met with my Guru from Rishikesh, who was a MA in Yoga and he helped me overcome my 2-year-old problem in 6 months’ time.
